COACHING OPPORTUNITIES
Most of our volunteers serve as coaches for our various programs.
You do not need to be an expert. You need to be dependable, positive, and committed to creating a safe and encouraging environment for youth athletes.
Coach Expectations Include:

Promote sportsmanship and respect

Follow league rules and policies
-
Communicate clearly with parents and players
-
Model positive behavior at all games and practices
-
Support officials and uphold their authority
All coaches are expected to align with our Parent Code of Conduct and league standards regarding respect, sportsmanship, and safe behavior at all events
MUSIC FEST
Our Inaugural Music Fest benefits Wauseon Rec and the kids who participate in our programs.
We need volunteers for:

Event setup and teardown

Ticket and entry support
-
Merchandise and raffle tables
-
Sponsor and vendor coordination
-
Kid zone supervision
-
Parking assistance
-
Hospitality
