Biddle Park Playing Fields Remain Closed

With spring right around the corner and warmer temperatures expected soon, we want to remind the community that the playing fields at Biddle Park remain closed at this time.

The red flag is currently up.

As much as we are all ready to get outside, early field use can cause significant damage to turf that is still soft from winter conditions. Foot traffic and equipment on saturated ground can create ruts and uneven surfaces that impact safety and require costly repairs.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation in staying off the fields until they are officially reopened. Protecting the playing surfaces now ensures they are safe, playable, and in great condition for the entire season ahead.

We will keep you posted as soon as conditions allow the fields to reopen.
