Wauseon Recreation Baseball Registration Deadline Approaching

Wauseon Recreation would like to remind families that the deadline to register for City League Baseball for students in grades 1 through 8 is quickly approaching. Registration must be completed by Sunday, March 15, 2026.

This program is a great opportunity for young athletes in the community to develop skills, build friendships, and enjoy the game of baseball in a fun and supportive environment.

Program Details

• League: Wauseon Recreation City League Baseball

• Grades: 1 through 8

• Registration Fee: $40

• Registration Deadline: Sunday, March 15, 2026

League Divisions

Teams are organized based on the student’s grade for the 2025–2026 school year:

• Rookie League (Grades 1–2)

• Minor League (Grades 3–4)

• Major League (Grades 5–6)

• Pony League (Grades 7–8)

Game Information

• Rookie League: Games played Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm or 7:00 pm on the north end diamonds

• Minor League: Games may be scheduled Monday through Thursday with some travel possible

• Major and Pony Leagues: Games may be scheduled Monday through Thursday and travel will be required

Paper forms can be returned to Wauseon Recreation, 765 E. Linfoot St., or mailed to 230 Clinton St.

Parents must also complete a Parent Code of Conduct Form for their child to participate.

Volunteers Needed

Wauseon Recreation is always grateful for community members willing to volunteer. Parents interested in coaching are encouraged to indicate this on their registration form.
